Last week I proclaimed that I was "back..." well, so is another pound or so...ugh...I didn't post until now because I didn't want to come on here and be negative or whiny or Debbie Downer, but after reading Sheri's post this week, I knew that I needed to just write a little something to acknowledge a few things:
1. I'm alive
2. I'm feeling bloated, unmotivated and kinda crappy
3. There are good times and not so good times and let's face the music

So I'm not going to bore you with whining because who wants to read that? I know what the problem is: although I have been a total machine in the exercise department running with my half training group at The Running Depot (which is SOO fun and challenging!!!), biking, hiking and kayaking a storm, the simple facts are that I'm just eating too much. I'm not tracking either. I know that once school starts in a couple of weeks, things will be SO much easier. I wish I was more determined to just nip it in the bud, but I've gotta be honest with you all...right now, I got nothing. I'm hoping this changes and soon, but I'm in a little funk.
